Her approach is welcoming, encouraging, and deeply relational—creating an environment where participants feel supported, challenged, and inspired to grow stronger together.

Heather’s love for movement extends beyond the studio and into God’s creation.

“I have always best experienced God’s nature in nature. God’s design of the ecosystem and biodiversity in our natural environment has richly blessed my walk with Jesus. Whether it’s a quiet walk through the woods or a dune-top sunrise, I believe being immersed in nature can be one of the most powerful ways to experience God’s presence, peace, and purpose. My mission is to create opportunities for others to experience the beauty of the outdoors and, through that experience, encounter the glory of the God who loves to meet us there.”
