This is a 1-hour class combining a variety of movements both on and off the trampoline. It also features exercise bands and body weight resistance training. This is all set to energetic Christian beats fueling our efforts in both body and spirit from start to finish.

Whether you’re new to exercise or ready for a new challenge, every class provides modifications and progressions for all fitness levels.
